SLIDE

This is a speciality of Multifit Studio, that was developed by Tatjana Szunyogh. The movement culture and the idea of slide originate from figure skating, but the exercise is adapted to fitness use. You are sliding on a plastic surface and the choreography is elaborated accordingly.

The music is splendid and the ambiance is great. Slide is excellent to shape legs and hips, it helps to loss weight; you can use 800 calories during one hour of sliding. Slide is also advised for those who want to prepare an active ski season. Sliding is a harmonious smooth movement that takes care of knees an hips.
Our slide program includes 30 min sliding followed by 30 min body forming without slide focusing on abdominal muscles. Advised for all independently from age and gender.

Video Cycling

This is a recent development in the field of fitness, getting more and more popular worldwide. The Spining, better known as SpinRacing, Indoor Cycling has arrived several years ago to Hungary as well, and has gained huge popularity among fitness fans. This is the reason why, being the first in the inner town of Budapest, we installed a VideoCycling centre in the ROXAN wellness club. We offer a professional Spinning program in a pleasant, with live video program, naturally designed environment at a very reasonable price. We are equipped to continuously monitor your heart rate and to measure your calorie use and fat burning.

In addition, doing training bike is one of the most efficient cardio-respiratory endurance exercise, and is excellent for control of weight too

Our training bike programs are carried out in groups, and are directed by specially trained instructors, who are animating the séances ensuring a musical background and an exercise guideline.

They are also motivating you to follow the group, but you are free to choose your own rhythm if you feel so, without any problem.

Hot Intervall

Perfect fat burning and toning at the same time. Different kinds of strength and cardio exercises are repeated with the interval method.

Interval Training: we do high impact exercises (heart rate (75% -80%)) for a short period, which are followed by low impact, strengthening exercises also briefly ( heart rate (55% -60%)). Varied, but at the same time simple movements are used in the style of circuit training.

According to the international sports literature, interval training is currently the most efficient exercise form, resulting in the fastest weight loss.
